Devine Designs is a full-service interior design firm owned by Eileen Devine and based in the heart of Wayne, Pennsylvania. Her portfolio spans an impressive range of decorative styles, new construction, and renovation work. Depending on the scope of each project, Eileen provides a wide array of services including interior drawings, documentation, purchasing specifications, furnishings, and renovation oversight.
To ensure that her high standards of quality are met, Eileen personally oversees all design consultations and remains closely involved in every project the firm undertakes. “My work is always done with great attention to the client’s specific style, priorities, budget, and desired level of involvement. My services encompass early conceptualization, space planning, furniture and finish selections, art and accessory curation, and custom decorative details — all the way through to installation and the final enjoyment of a uniquely tailored space.”
Eileen also goes the extra mile by giving clients access to her trusted network of highly specialized vendors, trades, and craftspeople.
In 2025, the firm enjoyed a number of exciting projects, including a new custom home in Bryn Mawr. Eileen was brought on early in the process to help shape key design decisions, collaborate with the architect and contractors, and manage the project’s aesthetic and functional elements from start to finish. Other residential work has kept the firm busy across the Main Line and beyond. One highlight is a Chesapeake Bay house whose owners sought extensive guidance from Eileen. Her goal was to create thoughtful room plans and decorative schemes that are visually compelling, highly functional, and infused with distinctive design details — such as art, lighting, unusual window treatments, rugs, and custom furnishings. As always, her approach begins with understanding the client’s lifestyle and exploring their vision for each space.
Devine Designs accepts projects based on creative opportunity rather than budget size, taking on only the work where Eileen knows her services will add meaningful value. The firm is known for a client centered and collaborative process that ensures each finished project reflects the client’s personal style and meets expectations for quality and craftsmanship. With many clients, Eileen has formed lasting relationships that extend well beyond design. “That’s really what the business is about — establishing a relationship and working with each client as a partner.”
Eileen has also been deeply involved with ICAA Philadelphia Chapter for many years. She has served as an active member, sponsor, committee member, and former Board Member, and has co-chaired the chapter’s biennial Trumbauer Awards Gala, which honors outstanding architectural and design achievements while celebrating promising emerging talent.
